Dog-sledging, a family trip that’s sure to please !
Comfortably seated on a sledge towed by eleven nordic dogs waiting for the musher to give his orders, you can fully enjoy this great experience by yourself, with friends or family. On top of that this extraordinary activity takes place on the beautiful Plateau des Glières, a protected natural site.
When there’s no snow, we trade the sledge for a go-kart ! This way you’ll be able to enjoy the flora of the natural site even more, the beautiful autumn colors or spring flowers will add a nice touch to your experience.
How does dog-sledging take place ?
You’ll meet your musher at the top of the Plateau des Glières.
After discussing with the musher and meeting the 11 adorable dogs, you’ll get settled on the sledge. Then you’re off for 30 minutes of sliding in the fields and forest of the Plateau, comfortably seated on the sledge you’ll have the possibility to relax and admire the fauna and flora while enjoying this amazing experience.
You’ll get back to the starting point at the end… Thank you for the ride dogs !

The price of 305€ is for the entire sledge, there can be 2 adults and 1 child under 8 years old or 2 adults and 2 children under 4 years old at the most.
Where does dog-sledging take place ?
For the karting tour in the summer : col des fleuries, 74800 LA ROCHE SUR FORON.
For the sledging tour in the winter : Plateau des Glières, at the bottom of the sledge track.
For the half-day tour : Chemin des eaux claires, 74570 Thorens-glières.

Sledge and kart capacity :
